From his time in the U.S. Marine Corps to his current roles as Founder & CEO of Riphean Group, Co-Founder & Chairman of Gwyneth’s Gift Foundation, and Chairman of the Stafford Economic Development Authority, Joel has invested his time, energy, and resources into supporting his country and making a positive impact for his community in District 27.

Woodard Leadership Award in 2022, Joe Dangler Leadership Award in 2015, Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012, and the Patriotic Civilian Service Award by the U.S. Army for actions taken immediately following 9/11 at the Pentagon in 2001.
